BOSTON, MA – A construction worker was injured after falling onto a roof in south Boston this morning, according to WHDH.

According to the Boston Fire Department, the accident happened at about 8:20 a.m. on William Day Boulevard, when a worker fell approximately 20 feet.
Rescue teams used a combination of a fire truck ladder and a stretcher to move the victim, who was not publicly identified.
The worker was taken in for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
