FRAMINGHAM, MA – A bicyclist was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries after an accident west of Newton this weekend, according to the Framingham Source.
The accident happened near the intersection of Route 126 and Thelma Road at 8:41 a.m. Sunday, when a man was hit by a car while he was riding a bicycle.
The 52-year-old victim, who was not publicly identified, was taken to the hospital in Worcester with neck and head injuries. His current condition is not immediately available.
The driver of the car was not reported as injured.
Authorities continue to investigate the accident at this time.
