Ben joined Kelly & Associates Injury Lawyers with the goal of helping people. He grew up on Cape Cod, enjoying the beaches and laid back living that the area offers. Ben then attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he majored in Political Science, graduating cum laude. While working towards his degree, he developed a passion for law that would eventually lead him to working in the legal profession.
After graduation, Ben moved to Boston in order to pursue a career in law. He started his career at a law firm defending the insurance companies. After about a year of doing this, he realized that his real passion was not defending insurance companies but rather fighting for the rights of the injured parties. This change in philosophy led Ben to accept a position as Director of Client Relations at Kelly & Associates. He has since been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Working with Attorney Kelly and seeing firsthand how he has been able to help the people in our community, inspired Ben to go to law school himself and he was admitted into the evening division at New England Law for the class of 2023. He is a recipient of the Sandra Day O’Connor merit scholarship.
In his spare time – he enjoys running, mixed martial arts, and spending time with friends. He also volunteers with the Big Brother, Little Brother program.
