Attorney Michael D. Kelly, Esq.
Michael D. Kelly has a diverse background that provides a breadth of legal knowledge that he draws upon in serving his clients.
Kelly compiled an excellent academic record during his three years at New England Law in Boston. He attained the Dean’s List honors each year, Dean’s Scholarship, New England Scholar Award, and served on the Law Review. He also acquired practical work experience spending time at the plaintiff’s law firm of Lubin & Meyer and the defense law firm of Foster & Eldridge.
Launching Kelly & Soto Law
Kelly and partner Jonathan N. Soto were classmates at New England Law. They knew that after receiving their law degrees that they wanted to launch a firm with a singular focus: Client service.
Kelly concentrates his own practice primarily on his plaintiff’s personal injury cases. He has helped to guide resolutions that have reached six-figure outcomes for his clients. In all, he has achieved settlements for his clients totaling more than $1 million.
While providing zealous advocacy for clients, Kelly is also committed to the firm’s credo of client service, which includes a unique offer: a 30-day, risk-free, guarantee. In the unlikely event that a client is dissatisfied within the first 30 days, they may have their file returned to them by the firm free of charge.
Finding Success in Client Service
Kelly has always stressed the emphasis Kelly & Soto Law places on client service. “Almost every decision we make is geared toward providing an elevated experience for our clients. Many of our clients are in pain and in need of prompt, aggressive legal support. Our clients are our number one. They always will be.”
According to Kelly, this attention to client service is proving to be a successful one.
“We’ve done a very good job of growing,” he says, “and we’re looking to expand.”
While their primary focus is on the firm and its clients, Kelly says the firm is also committed to the North End neighborhood where they are located. They volunteer as youth baseball coaches in the area and are also active in Neon Fest, a fundraiser organized in honor of a classmate of Kelly and Soto’s from New England Law in Boston. All proceeds from the event are used to benefit Boston Children’s Hospital.
