SAUGUS, MA – A man died after becoming trapped beneath a Bobcat machine in Saugus last week, according to the Pawtucket Times.
The accident happened on private property last Friday, as 57-year-old Mark Bertrand was operating a piece of Bobcat machinery.
The machine toppled over and trapped him underneath.
Bertrand was taken to the hospital with severe injuries, and succumbed to his wounds on Saturday.
No other injuries were reported in the accident.
