BOSTON, MA – Authorities are investigating a collision in the Dorchester neighborhood this weekend that led to the death of one person, according to NECN.
The accident happened on Columbia Road at about 12:50 a.m. Sunday morning, when two vehicles collided. While it is not clear what caused the crash at this time, photos from the scene showed a blue-green passenger car that had suffered extensive damage.
One person was taken to the hospital, where they succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.
No further injuries were reported in the accident.
