LYNN, MA – A man was killed by a commuter train in Lynn after he reportedly stepped onto the tracks.
According to The Daily Item, the accident occurred at about 6:15 p.m. on Sunday on 325 Broad Street, near the Central Square train station.
The victim, who has yet to be publicly identified, was killed at the scene.
Authorities do not believe that foul play was involved in the accident.
The accident remains under investigation by Massachusetts Transit and Lynn Police.
