HANSON, MA – One person was seriously injured in an accident on Route 58 in Hanson last night, according to a tweet by the Hanson Police Department.
Hanson Police and Fire responded to a car vs motorcycle crash on Rt 58 near Camp K. Operator of motorcycle was sent to Boston by Med Flight. Serious but non life threatening injuries. Crash is under investigation by HPD. No further information available at this time. pic.twitter.com/DThO8dWZ2v

The accident was reported around 7:45 p.m. and occurred near Camp K Road, when a motorcycle collided with a dark-colored Audi sedan.
The motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital in Boston with serious wounds, but is expected to survive. The driver of the SUV was not reported as hurt.
Police did not release the identities of the individuals.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
