BROCKTON, MA – A driver was cited after colliding with an ambulance that was transporting a patient in Brockton last weekend, according to WCVB.
The accident occurred on Oak Street at about 7 p.m. Sunday night, as an ambulance was taking a patient to the Good Samaritan Hospital. A 27-year-old Waltham woman pulled out into the pathway of the ambulance and the two vehicles collided.
The Waltham woman, who has not yet been publicly identified, was cited by police for unsafe operation of a motor vehicle and for failing to yield.
No serious injuries have been reported at this time.
